About the Board of Trustees

The Reno Rodeo Foundation’s Board of Trustees provides governance, strategic direction, and fiduciary oversight for the organization. Guided by its bylaws, the Board is responsible for ensuring the Foundation fulfills its mission, remains financially sound, and operates with integrity and accountability.

The Board oversees the stewardship of all funds, including programmatic investments, while supporting long-term sustainability through thoughtful planning and community engagement.

The Foundation’s Board of Trustees is strategically designed to include both rodeo volunteers and community leaders, bringing together a range of perspectives to guide the organization’s work across Northern Nevada.
